01 Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Houston Hanna Photography concerning your access to and use of our photography services. By accessing our services, you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these Terms of Service.

02 Services Description

Houston Hanna Photography provides professional photography services in Casper, Wyoming and surrounding areas. Our services include:

• Family portrait photography
• Wedding and engagement photography
• Senior portrait sessions
• Mini sessions and seasonal events
• Event photography
• Professional headshots
• Digital image delivery and print services

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time.

03 Payment Terms

Pricing and Invoices

All prices are quoted in U.S. Dollars. Payment is typically structured as:

• 50% deposit required to secure your session date
• Remaining balance due on or before session day

Payment Methods

We accept credit card, debit card, and other electronic payment methods processed securely through our third-party payment processor.

Late Payments

Galleries will not be released until full payment is received. Late payments may incur a late fee of 1.5% per month on outstanding balances.

04 Refund Policy

We stand behind our work with a satisfaction guarantee:

• Session Cancellation: Sessions cancelled more than 48 hours in advance receive a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours may forfeit the deposit.
• Weather/Rescheduling: Sessions impacted by weather will be rescheduled at no additional cost.
• Image Delivery: If not satisfied, we will work with you to address concerns. Re-editing of select images is available upon request.
• Print Products: Refunds for prints are subject to the print lab's policies. Reprints are available for manufacturing defects.

05 Image Rights & Usage

Your Print Rights

Upon full payment, you receive a personal print release granting you the right to:

• Print images for personal use at any lab
• Share images on social media for personal use
• Use images for personal announcements and cards

Photographer Copyright

Houston Hanna Photography retains copyright of all images. Images may not be used for commercial purposes, resold, or submitted to contests without written permission.

Portfolio Rights

We reserve the right to display your images in our portfolio and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed upon in writing at booking.

06 Client Responsibilities

To ensure a successful session, clients are responsible for:

• Arriving on time to scheduled sessions
• Communicating scheduling conflicts promptly
• Providing necessary information about preferences and goals
• Reviewing and selecting images within the gallery access period (typically 30 days)
• Ensuring minors have appropriate supervision

Late arrivals may result in shortened session time.

07 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Houston Hanna Photography shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve months prior to the claim.

08 Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States. Any legal action will be brought exclusively in Wyoming courts.
